I was at the drive tru at 1:09 AM I tried to call through the phone. They answer to hang out right away. They don’t even say hi when I asked at the window if the phone is not working, they say no they have a bad attitude. I think I’m not gonna come back because they’re rude. They have one line closed so I’ve been on the drive-through for at least 30 minutes. Bad service bad customer service. My Food was cold and the fries old if I can put Zero stars I will do it

Absolutely ridiculous, how do you manage to forget 1/3 items we ordered? We have a problem everytime we come here, and today was the last straw. Whoever owns this franchise needs to vet who they hire, because the night crew has a work ethic and attitude that is not worth even minimum wage. 😒

Yamille or whatever her name was was rushing me when i pulled up to order. My phone has had poor service in the south valley today. As I was trying to add rewards i had and add it to pick up. My new car has noise cancelling if windows are up so as i pull up i got my phone out of my purse and opened the app. She was already irritated for some reason. I was undecided what i wanted today and as she entered the code she said all rude a 10pc is that all you want i said no add anonther 10pc. As i pulled up to window i asked her name and said id like to speak to a manager she was like im not giving you my name I am a manager I said as a customer Id like your name im going to speak with a supervisor. She wouldnt give it to me. When I got my order i asked for a supervisor. She gave me the name yamille or something like that. I notified corporate because the supervisor had nothing to say. NO ONE WAS BEHIND ME IN THE DRIVE THRU SO I DONT KNOW WHat her deal was. She is very rude and reading comments about the manager she has already been complained about. For being rude something must be done about her. She is awful for an employee there.

The food here is horrible and all the girl workers care about is putting on makeup while on the job it’s sad can’t even get the right order at a McDonald’s anymore garbage.🗑️
