Well they forgot my honey mustard for my nuggets so we went back thru. I don't know who was in the present window, a very rude kid. I told him I needed honey mustard and he basically threw it at me. Very rude and in called for. The present window represents McDonalds it should be someone who actually has a good personality.

When we got there, they REFUSED to make our order. I was charged for an order that I was told I could not pick up because the employee said they had no food!

Corporate should look into the issue or eliminate phone numbers in general if staff never answers the phone. I’ve called multiple locations and none of them answered. Terrible service at all Albuquerque locations in general. I’d rather recommend Wendy’s any other fast food location than McDonald’s. Sloppy business in this state

Update: I sumbitted feedback and they called a few days later and offered to replace the whole meal, bumped the review up from a 1 to a 3.
