  2/20/26 Between 8:00am - 8:15am. That shift working . Terrible 👎. Who ever trained them did a Poor job. Handing wrong orders out of the drive thru.

  Lemme start off wit there was 1 person eating there at the time so they was not busy but instead they was back there talking having a good time while I stood there waiting to order! Food came out super quick, went to my car to eat and the nuggets were still cold! Maybe if yall would focus on the customers instead of standing back there having a dang tea party!!! Older ladies acting like high schoolers! I will never come here again nor will my family!!

  I used to love coming to this location. I never had any issues up till I moved back in the area and started going back. I have placed a mobile order 3 times in the past week and all 3 times I went inside to pick up my order and ended up waiting 12 minutes to receive my order. I order simple single items like coffee or sometimes ill throw in a cookie or a hash brown. People come inside and are ordering their food at the counter and receiving their orders almost immediately while I am standing there waiting for a freaking coffee. Once I do receive my coffee, it is cold almost every time. While I am standing there waiting I am watching what goes on behind the counters and I have to say the employees are really lazy. They will see you standing at the counter ready to order and they dont help you. You will be standing at the register for almost 10 minutes before you are finally helped out. There are orders to be filled and things to be done and nobody does anything till you either say something or one of the managers does something. Also, the amount of times I have been inside with my kid to let him play in the play area, there is always some homeless people in there. Why in the kids play area is my question? Why is that allowed? There is other seating. I used to bring my nephew here 10yrs ago and never had such issues. I am really displeased and disappointed with this location nowadays. I will not be returning for a good while or not at all.
