Their system didn’t have my code for my mobile app order. I had the screenshot showing the order as well as my Venmo showing the money taken out. The guy at the window was unbelievably rude, didn’t offer to take my order at the window just kept telling me there was nothing he could do and my money would be refunded in 1-2 days. I didn’t want to go to that location, I wanted to go to the one by my house but the app couldn’t find that location. Guess where I ended up, the location by my house (Holly location) where they were super nice and helpful. Now I remember why I hate the Harper location.

Placed my order through the drive through, didn't get what i ordered, didn't get a refund. This was the first time in years ive been to a McDonald's and its reminded me why i dont go there. Reported this as fraud to my credit card company

Made an online order. I received my food and was told to pull up to the drive thru spot. Very abrupt food service. I pulled to spot waited for 20 minutes. And no coffee I pull to the front and go inside to let them know and they look at me dumb founded and ask for a receipt when they hadn't given me one. I ask for a refund considering my food is cold and all they refunded was the coffees and didn't even give me the coffees on my order for the inconvenience . I'm a general manager and this was highly embarrassing to have an assistant manager acting like this in your store. This is not the way to keep costumers and business up especially while we have people from out of town here. When I asked for his GM he laughed and said she'll be in tomorrow. I will be calling to make a complaint. This is a privately owned McDonalds and I'd expect for the service to be kind and courteous. Apologetic. Will not come back to this McDonald's ever again.
