    I come to this McDonald’s often since it’s open late and it’s near me. The reason for leaving this bad review is because the service here is terrible. Definitely at night. They gave me a Dr.pepper that was 70% co2 and when I showed them the color they made me another one that was just as bad. I didn’t want to argue. Then, I order food online and it’s closed when I get pick my food up. Like what??

    Customer service is ok. But the supplies for napkins and hand sanitizer are below expectations. All 4 hand sanitizer dispensers that I have found in the store are empty.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. I came to pick up an online order and the line was very long, which wasn’t a problem—I was willing to wait. However, after waiting a long time just to reach the drive-thru speaker, I was told that McDonald’s was closed and not accepting orders. I explained that I had already paid through the app and had been waiting for quite some time. The employee told me to “figure it out on the app” and then stopped responding entirely. I even drove up to the window to address the fact that I had already paid, but I was completely ignored. I still haven’t received a refund. This was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and shows poor management

    What was going on tonight around 7:30pm?? It was crazy! I ordered a Big Mac with Mac sauce on the side and a McChicken with cheese. Small and simple. I got the big Mac with sauce in it instead of on the side (I said it twice). So I gave my bag back. Was told to park in a numbered waiting spot. No biggie. He came out and the McChicken was missing. He went back to get it. Finally got it all for what I thought was right but in the parking lot I had 0 cheese on the Big Mac and 0 cheese on the McChicken! What the heck lol were yall out of cheese or something?? The McChicken is somewhat understandable it doesn’t typically come with cheese, but the Mac does! I finally gave up and just added my own when I got home! For $11 and something cents for a burger and a sandwich you’d think it would be what you paid for….

    went to a McDonalds we went to one but it was too busy and he needed the bathroom so i got off and to see if i can go in a see if i can use the restroom but the doors were locked understandable because i know from experience that some McDonalds have the lobby closed but restroom still available but i know for security reasons it should be locked so we proceeded to head to a different location and I got off and went to the door it was unlocked which shouldve click in my head that it shouldve been locked or so but both doors were opened proceeded to give my friend the signal that it was opened and he parked and we went it , it was kind of like a dark setting situateded and then no one was in the vicinity of the front lobby there were a couple of cars in the driveway mind you and the door made that ring noise that lets the worker know someone came in the front lobby and me and my friend made noise Also to get their attention mind you we also laughed loud and then a couple of minutes past by and a guy worker came up and said the front lobby was closed and I said your door was unlocked and he ignored that response and then I asked can my friend use the restroom and he said yes of course he unlocked lt but it locked again my friend wasnt fast enough and then he went to the back and then I dont know if it was the manager or shift manager but she came up to the front and said that the lobby was closed I understood that part and then I proceeded to say why was your door unlocked, rudely she responded to say so that the morning shift people can come in so right there is where I said shift morning doesnt start to 5 am cause my mother used to work at a McDonalds and then she ignored the response and said we will make a refund at the drive through because I ordered to take out on the kiosk and then she said to go to the drive thru and order there and issue the refund there but also she said we have a sign that says the lobby is closed and then I couldnt read that small transparent text bc it was dark and unseeable that my mind ignored it the other location I looked down and saw big letters that said drive thru available and lobby closed till 6 and mind you those doors were locked and these ones werent and I didnt need to see any transparent text it was bold and big texts that a customer with the right state of mind could read at the distance of coming to the door but for this location I didnt pay mind to that transparent text bc I couldnt see it and then we proceeded to the drive thru and ordered then pulled up to the window mind you Im doing this in detail but the conversation with whoever that was, was short and simple I wasnt being incompetent or rude or unprofessional because I know bc I work in a restaurant also and at that front lobby she was being rude naive , and then pulled to the window and then the guy who I asked if my friend can use the restroom was at the window to issue me the refund and in my mind I thought he was doing the refund and making my payment for the food that I ordered through the drive thru but then he said that the refund has been issued I was in the passenger seat I couldnt hear much but I said loudly not rudely that I also ordered thru the drive through in my mind Im past the front lobby order and on my drive order and I couldnt make out what he said bc I heated have a good one at the end so me and my friend were confused because we ordered also in the drive thru our our order in and took it gave us a total and yeah and then the rude girl that said we can order through the drive said were not gonna service anymore or at the moment drive off now and I said why she proceeded to said were were being unreasonable at what instance were we being unfair or unreasonable and that is not how you talk to customers with a rude tone if your having a bad night dont let it interfere with your job cuz that unprofessional and I asked how were we being unreasonable and she laugh and sighed rudely and said Im not going to explain this with you either drive off or stay but it was at 1:20 am on 12/05/2025
