I told the girl taking my order in the drive thru "please please please, no onions, I have a food allergy." I guess they thought I had a death wish and added extra onions. When I went inside the manager looked at me annoyed and had them remade, in the same area where the onions were. Even the new ones she made I didn't eat because there were onions on the buns. She didn't bother to apologize. She just handed me the bag and said "here you go". So I just threw them away. I was not gonna risk an anaphylactic episode because people don't know how to avoid cross contamination. The manager should also check her tone and how she talks to her employees. There are customers that speak Spanish very well.
