  Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Thier employee and manager are unprofessional and rude and try to con me out of money. The employe for one was just laughing in my face ,because the manager try telling me I owe them 1.05 I was confused because I have the mcdonald's app and I had a code for a free breakfast sandwich so I asked the manager why is it 1.05 i thought it was supposed to be free she said because I added cheese. I said oh I didn't know you guys charge for cheese on the breakfast sandwiches and I asked if she could just take off the cheese. She just shook her head and the employee bursted out laughing. Like I felt very judge in this situation. Like I didn't know using my mcdonald's app to get a free sandwich would cause someone to laugh in my face. Not everyone is in good financial condition. Just because I didn't pay for it doesn't give mcdonalds employees to act so self righteous. To also point out i asked for my recipet and on the receipt it says add xheese with 0.00. So why did that manager try charger me 1.05? I just don't understand. They also don't know how to do their job correctly as they didn't even ask for a code I had to tell them. Like why have a sign out for the customers to give the employees a code if the employees dont even care to ask or act very rude when you do use a code. Never have I ever had any type of experience like this at any other mcdonald's. Im from phoenix arizona and thats a big city with a lot of rude people. This is new mexico a small town compared to arizona. If you want to get treated like trash then I wouldn't recommend coming here. Go to different franchises some are family own and at least they will treat you better.

  Ordered breakfast before 4 other orders only to receive our order 5 minutes after the 4 orders after ours. Was given Apple pies for getting our order later. Still doesn't make it right, should be able to get order timely and not after others ordered behind us... 🙄 😒 😑

  Brought the kids to play but the play area was disgusting as well as the rest of the restaurant. Doesn’t seem like it gets cleaned. You ask the staff to clean and they give you napkins to do it yourself.
