i did a mobile order early in the morning, just got a hash brown and a smoothie. when i get up to the window, the guy tells me their machine is being cleaned. I’m like ok, i’ll just get a refund. He says to request a refund through the app, but he sounds unsure. So i had to leave and go to work, go on the app and it says i have to call the store? So i call the store and no one answers? -_-
