The last 3 times at this McDonald's Restaurant is kinda disappointing. Looking forward to a hot meal, my fault I didn't cook today, but burger and fries are literally NOT hot off the grill. Not doing this again. Staff is friendly.

Ordered a small iced Carmel latte w extra Carmel drizzle, drive thru worker had me move up and waited 10 minutes for a nasty coffee without my extra drizzle. So frustrating how these kids don’t pay attention to orders and forget that you’re waiting for your order.

Currently here at the drive through on my lunch break been waiting for about 10 minutes already just for the employee at the window to tell me its going to be an event longer wait because she needs her managers finger print to continue the transaction but she said her manager left. What kind of manager leaves their crew in the middle of a rush. Not to mention when I got to the second window there where 3 guys standing there debating what order is next . I would think with the 10 minutes I was waiting they would have it together but nope. Very incompetent employees tonight.
