  This place has got to be the biggest rip off. More than half the games don't work but they will still take your cash. I kept trying to find a game that worked and we spent most of the time playing the same ones since the rest were messed up. Not to mention the claw machines definitely do not want to work. Won't return to this

  Wow honestly grate experience I walked in with my family as a party of 20 people with no reservation and we got some amazing help from the wonderful employee on the front I think his name was Jeremy he was so helpful he immediately went over to talk to someone I think a manager he came back told us to wait a second and 5 to 6 minutes later he took us the party seating after that the waiter came over extremely quickly had menus prepared and everything and took all of our drink and food ordered honestly what a great experience

  I wish I could say my visit to Main Event was all fun and games, but unfortunately, the only thing I took home was food poisoning and frustration. It started out fine — I came in with friends for bowling, arcade games, and dinner. The place was busy, which I get, but our server seemed completely overwhelmed from the start. We waited over 25 minutes just to get drinks, and when the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. Still, I was hungry and tried to make the best of it. Big mistake. Within a few hours, I was hit with intense stomach cramps, nausea, and the kind of regret you only feel when your “main event” becomes a night spent in the bathroom. I won’t get graphic, but let’s just say the arcade games weren’t the only thing spinning. I reached out to the manager the next day to let them know what happened, hoping for at least an apology or a little concern. Instead, I got brushed off with a halfhearted “We’ll look into it.” No follow-up, no empathy — nothing. Between the bad service, mediocre food, and the bonus round of food poisoning, I can confidently say I won’t be returning. If you’re going for the games, maybe stick to bottled water and bring your own snacks.

  If I could leave no stars I would! I’m not the type of person to leave a review but this situation that had happened should not go unsaid! I went in with my family celebrating my son’s birthday. We had a little issue and the manager named Alyssa was so rude. Did not help me and my family at all! Made us feel so uncomfortable and when she said “she’ll be right back” I waited 45mins, then when I went to look for her because maybe she forgot, me and my husband John saw her hitting her vape pen in the back on the kitchen laughing it up. What a disgusting disgrace manager! Never heard from her at all that night that will be the last time me and my family will ever go to main event! I’m going to pray for her. What a bad role model for the employees… I thought this was supposed to be a family/kids friendly establishment…

  I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my party and I received during our recent visit to your establishment. We were told the wait time would be approximately 45 minutes; however, we ultimately waited an hour and a half before being seated. When the host, Javier, finally seated us, he placed us at a table that had not been cleaned. After we politely asked him to clean it, he instead cleaned the table next to ours and ignored our request. When we asked to be seated at that clean table instead, he gave us a rude look, did not acknowledge us, and walked away with our menus. A manager came over to speak with us, but her handling of the situation was very unprofessional. She did not apologize for the poor service, the long wait, or the dirty table. She also failed to offer water or any courtesy after our extended wait. Instead, she commented that she would speak with Javier’s job coach and stated—within earshot of several customers—that he was on the spectrum and struggled to do his job under pressure. This comment was completely inappropriate and unprofessional, as it singled out and belittled an employee rather than addressing our legitimate concerns as customers. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with basic respect and courtesy, which we did not receive. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed through proper training for management and accountability measures to ensure all guests are treated respectfully, and that staff are supported—not criticized—in a professional manner. We are frequent customers and spend a significant amount at this establishment each month. However, experiences like this make us reconsider where we choose to dine. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and to seeing improvements in service and professionalism moving forward.
