  We waited about 30 min for a table when there was open seating available. We eventually got seated and waited 10 min for the server and even longer for drinks. We had 1 drink and also tried to order food but the server said they were behind. I spent over $100 for games for my daughters for 45 min. Ended up leaving right after.

  Very disappointing.. in so many ways. First, a LOT of the games were not working. I'd say at least 1/3 of the games we tried to play did not work. It would take the credits off our card, but not allow us to play. This happened with all the skeeball games, basketball, the ones where you throw the ping pong balls, etc. Both of the VR games were broken and only allowed 1 player instead of 2, and did not show the player experience on screen. Further, some of the games are old and need to be upgraded, like the soccer game has a ball that is so worn out and torn up that it won't even roll out when the game starts. We were at Dave and Buster's literally the day before, and everything worked fine there, and they had a maintenance person walking around making sure things were working. We paid a lot more money here at Main Event, and unfortunately didn't have near as much fun. We tried the pizza here, and can only say that it was mediocre and needed more cheese. Would not try again. The bathroom was disgusting and half of the stalls were out of order... The only pro was bowling! We encountered no issues and had a great experience with this aspect. Overall, it was a negative. I probably will not be coming here for a long while.

  Im so sorry main event do better! Where do i start. Dirty bathrooms have no paper towels. Arcade games sketchy and many stuck or don't work. Several times asked for credits on card that take credits but game malfunctions. Many balls missing from games or lacking amount so u wait for 2 basketballs to return to throw again. Zip tie thing was out of service no signs to indicate before paying. The cashier did not mention it was down. Laser tag guns sticky and 2 malfunctioned. The lack of a signage where to sign up for laser tag. Had to get back in line and sign up wait again. Bowling was fun. Guys helpful as bumpers broken on Lane 16. Bench broken and tables wobbly nearly throwing over our drinks. One cashier on a Monday at noon with long line for presidents day. Waited 23 minutes in line and almost left. Ordered boneless wings, my 12 year old son ate them said they were chicken nuggets dipped in sauce and fries very limited portion. Pizza was good. Overall I think this place can do better for sure. Thankfully the company is entertaining and kind about hick ups at main event. I will not return. Not all of us are children looking for fun we had 6 adults and 3 teenagers. Got a few drinks, bartender she needs some training on making drinks.

  Not clear on passes. Bought 4 all you can play activities. They did not tell us that there had to be reservations for activities, 3hr wait on bowling, and arcade games not included. And shuffle board missing pucks. What a waste of money and time to basically do nothing, but play a couple games of pool. What an expensive $30+ game of pool.

  I had an amazing experience at Main Event thanks to the outstanding managers, Zach and Alyssa. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and truly welcoming from start to finish. Their customer service went above and beyond and made our visit smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about both their guests and their team. It’s rare to find managers that are that hands-on kind. Because of them, our experience was top-notch and we’ll definitely be coming back!
