    Would give 0 stars if I could. Close the store down and try again. Going to Jimmy John’s anywhere on the east coast, they have your order ready before you’re even done paying. Here there’s a 40-minute wait with no one else even in the store. Laughable.

    I enjoy coming to Jimmy John’s but at this location they insist on filling up my drink instead of handing my cup to me to let me and then they put a ton of ice and don’t fill it up?? Drinks are so expensive and really bump up the price and I’m too socially awkward to just go dump it out and do it myself the way I would like so I’m stuck with a drink that is 80 percent ice and only filled up 3/4th of the cup.

    Incredibly slow, it took 40 minutes for an order. Simple coaching of staff would help them to communicate and apologize for long waits. It's sad to see the employees stressed and working hard, but this "new management" needs to offer more support, training, and better scheduling.
