The burgers are all cooked fresh to order, as you can watch them being prepared. The fries are simply made with potatoes and salt. Being from New Mexico, the only down side is they do not have green chile. Overall, the food was delicious, and I will be back again. The service was great, restaurant was clean, and they have peanuts in the shell to snack on while you wait.
