    Honestly I was very disappointed. I’ve called numerous times to speak with a manger. I spent 79 dollars on this meal, when we got to the window the lady had a horrible attitude. Very rude very upset. If they were super busy I would have understood. But they weren’t….. we asked the lady if everything was there. She slammed the window and continued to talk to the young lady at the other register. We drove all the way back to the west side and realized our chips an queso, a couple pieces of chicken were not there. I was more upset about the fact of rudeness and unprofessional behavior the lady had… For such a new upcoming fast food restaurant this place is, you would think the people would have some common courtesy for others especially paying almost 80 dollars

    I’ve only been through the drive-through when I come by but every time I do and Julian is working, he is always so friendly and welcoming. He always has a great attitude and a smile. Also, I had an interaction with the manager Chelsea at one point and she was very gracious and very professional.

    Will never be coming again!! the service was horrible the “red headed”Hispanic girl almost throw my food at my husband had a stink attitude and when I asked for the extra ranch that I ordered the blonde guy said that he guesses he could give me another one, when I told him that we order an extra one that we were charged for he closed the drive thru window while I was trying to show him my receipt and walked away from the window. Called the store asked to speak to the manager they had me waiting on the phone for 10 min and no one picked up after I asked to speak to the manager. Called again and whoever answered hung up on me

    I went yesterday for the chicken tacos, I actually had them last week and they were so delicious. So I went back for more and they gave me some old dried up chicken in my tacos! The first time they were stuffed with lots of chicken. This time dry and very little meat in my tacos. I’ll probably 86 them for awhile. I was so disappointed. It starts to decline once they lower their quality and portions!

    Let's just say that this is equal to a rotisserie at Walmart. Maybe even a little worse because the rotisserie at Walmart would be juicy. Two orders of chicken to go dry small pieces, if they were juicy would have made it for the size. I want a refund didn't even eat my food gave my stomach indigestion. I would highly recommend shut down open up that under new ownership give the people what they want not what the owner thinks is good. With this cash burn I give them 90 days. April. Nobody ever wants to give a bad review but nobody wants horrible food for that price. How do I get a refund I work hard for my money
