I love Einstein Bros, but this location has the worst staff. They didn’t greet any customers coming in, and completely ignored and avoided eye contact with any customers waiting at the front. On top of all of that, they missed something on my order.

The worst experience ever. Only 3 workers, and they were only completing on-line orders on a Friday morning with a line out the door of walk ins. No employees acknowledging the customers waiting in line. And no bagels available to select from. After 10 minutes of waiting, I had to leave. Do better Einstein Bagels!!!!!!

I placed an order through the mobile app this morning and was disappointed that the preferences selected in the app were not followed. I ordered two All-Nighters: one was prepared correctly, but the second was supposed to be on a maple French toast bagel with added ham. While I understand substitutions may be made if a selected bagel is unavailable, I did pay an additional charge for the extra meat, which was not included. This is not the first time I have experienced an issue with orders from this location. Unfortunately, this ongoing inconsistency impacts confidence in ordering through the app. At this point, I would only recommend ordering in person to ensure accuracy.
