I ordered two All-Nighters: one was prepared correctly, but the second was supposed to be on a maple French toast bagel with added ham. While I understand substitutions may be made if a selected bagel is unavailable, I did pay an additional charge for the extra meat, which was not included. This is not the first time I have experienced an issue with orders from this location. Unfortunately, this ongoing inconsistency impacts confidence in ordering through the app. At this point, I would only recommend ordering in person to ensure accuracy.
