  I recently visited this bagel shop and waited a full 15 minutes just to get two simple bagels—unacceptable for such a basic order. The man behind the counter (blonde-dyed hair with streaks, wearing glasses) was outright rude, to several drivers waiting in line as well. He snapped at people, showed zero patience, and made the entire experience uncomfortable. What stood out most was how he seemed to have a personal issue with one of the other employees who was actually doing a great job—professional, friendly, and efficient. It’s clear this guy has problems, and unfortunately, customers end up paying the price for his attitude. Employers and managers are the face of any company. This one is damaging the business with his behavior. I won’t be returning, and I hope management addresses this before they lose more customers. Avoid if you want decent service!

  This is the best service and order I have ever gotten from EBB. I’ve been to several other locations and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it when an order is correct. The young man made my order to perfection and when I was leaving he even rushed to open the door for me. (I have a dry mouth from medications so the 2 tomatoes on each half of my bagel is so important. Most locations mess that up but he got it perfect!). Then as I waited outside for my Uber, a homeless lady was in front of me and yelling and carrying on…low and behold the owner/manager came out to stand with me to ensure I was safe. These two gestures make all the difference. I tried to call to thank them and ask for names but got no answer. So to you two men…tysm! You both are appreciated so much and I will be back.

  Ive ordered from here twice. First time my drink was so unbearably sweet that it was inedible, and they refused to issue me a refund. Second time today, got a plain latte bc I dont trust them with sugar and a plain bagle toasted with onion cream cheese. Bagle was not tosted and moldy, coffee was almost forgotten. Waited 30minutes for a moldy bagle :( tried to call the store to let them know about bad inventory worh no luck. I understand that its busy and high volume due to location but ive been in food service for 5 years atp there is no reason a location this busy should have moldy food. Either not being rotated accurately or not being checked upon arrival.

  I use the order delivery robot from time to time and they never get my order right and end up ripping me off. I should be able to get all the items I pay for.

  I loveee einstein bagels but this location is not very good. the bagels are never warm when they’re served to you and the workers are rude.
