  Would give zero stars if possible. As an UberEats driver when we check in with someone, as I did, and when theres no line or barely a person or 2 in front of me(otherwise known as 'not busy') as it so happened today, Id expect better customer service. Checked in and gave my customers order name and since it wasnt ready yet, I waited. Instead of finishing and handing it to me or even saying, "Hey here's your order" (as they called out every dine in/to go patrons orders) as a courtesy, yet my order sat there until I realized it had been sat on the UberEats platform. I was in the store and as it wasnt busy and you can clearly see me standing there waiting, you literally ignore me and put it on the shelf to wait???? Lol poor customer service. Absolutely poor. Every single girl in there needs to be restrained immediately. So make sure if youre a driver also you stare at that platform cause its apparently not their problem to tell us when our customers orders are done

  The food is good but don’t bother ordering from the app here if you are in a hurry for they are rarely on time.

  I have ordered Einsteins Bagels on multiple occasions. The bagels are usually good. My problem is the order has not been complete multiple times or items are missing altogether. This has happened multiple times despite my delivery driver attempting to resolve the issue before leaving the store. I have complained twice to Management, and that does not seem to help. It seems the staff is unable to read instructions or even listen when people are trying to communicate the correct order. Edit: This is to the Manager below. If you would’ve read my review above, you would’ve noticed that there have been two service recovery opportunities for your management team, and they did nothing. That window of opportunity is now gone. I posted this review so everyone can see how the store is being a parent managed and ran.

  Went there for some coffee and a simple sandwich. yes we could have looked at the menu ahead of time, but the customer service was kinda wild. Girl at the front was training and was not helpful at all about what we could possibly order. She kinda made us feel stupid for not knowing what we wanted. Also was so unapologetic about not having the espresso mechine working, almost again like we were the inconvenience for ordering coffee. And lastly that new guy you guys have training needs way better customer service. Didn't great us, also didn't offer any help on what we could possibly get, and didn't smile once. Gave like we shouldn't be ordering from them, so we left.
