To get the food in the picture you have to select multiple expensive options. It makes me sad. This used to be a treat for us. There are several local options that are worth the money.

I called Einstein to let them know, and the gal who answered was very polite, told me that my order was still at the store...so the driver returned to get my correct order and delivered it. The order arrived with the shmears I ordered, the correct bagels- BUT bagels were sliced when I asked them not to do so. It was on the receipt to not slice the bagels. Worse, most of the bagels had been sliced barely at the top of the bagel, while only a couple were properly sliced down the midde..and only 2 arrived whole. No excellence there- the workers pay no attention to the important details. the atmosphere rating is for the very nice gal who spoke on the phone..I won't buy bagels from them again. Never again.
