Sadly at this Dutch bro the workers are just boring and give negative vibes. Some workers are rude and at the verge of exploding. I don’t know why they have workers who can’t carry out the Dutch Bro vibe.

- GBGary BenderJan 29, 20263.0The app refused to recognize my Dutch Bros gift card, so I had to order from the window and wait. Makes the app useless and defeats any effort to save time. This was my first order from D.B., a Large Oat Milk Latte. I've used Starbucks for over 20 years. I tried D.B. because they use water processed decaf and I prefer half-caff drinks. Comparison: ==> D.B. Large is about $1 cheaper than Starbucks Venti. ==> A Starbucks Venti fills my mug more than the Large did. I estimate about 2 ounces more. Might be just different baristas rather than product specs. ==> Starbucks with 3 shots tastes more "espresso" than Dutch Bros does with 4 shots. Overall, I'm disappointed. I'll use the rest of my gift card, but probably won't recharge it.

Me and my wife noticed that for several times because she comes very often but the last time we had to tell them so they make another one. I mean why would you buy a medium size coffee when they only give you a small in a medium cup.
- LLLailaJan 17, 20261.0I went to the walk up window ordered my drinks. When I received my drinks they were not the correct drinks and I asked if they can be fixed. They were being so rude and after I received my drinks the workers began talking badly about me when I walked away not knowing my uncle was still waiting for his drinks. I didn’t like how I was treated. I hope the managers speak to them so they can treat customers better.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
