- APArisu PythonJan 8, 20263.0So I came through the drive-through to just get a regular picture perfect like I normally do and when I was up at the window, I was talking to one of the associates and 1) she didn’t let me tip. I only paid. I didn’t even get to digitally tip you guys so I’m annoyed by that. 2) The moment two cops showed up she got really excited and proceeded to tell me she had to help her “cop friends”.. and then proceeded to put her responsibility, of making the drink onto her coworker. She completely left and started chatting up with the cops. As much as I love Dutch Bros, and as much as I love the other employees at this location, I will not be coming at this location anymore, because I do not associate myself with other basic white girls who are obsessed with “her cop friends”. Especially in this country right now, after the event that happened January 7th Wednesday when it came to Renée Nicole Good being murdered in Minnesota by an ICE agent. ACAB 1312. Hundred percent shout out to the guy who did make my drink thank you so much. I appreciate you. This drink is absolute bomb.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
