What happen to the others that were always so friendly at the window and actually cared about how the drinks are made? Gibson location is the next closest to my work I may have to give them a try. Or just enjoy the Starbucks peppermint mocha’s. 😢

All I get is that they are sending it to the manager and gave me a free drink… I gave this location 3 chances before I finally gave up. Every time I go I ask for 2% and every time they make it with half and half, every. Time. And when I ask them about it they say “oh no that’s 2%” yet the drink looks like a sheet of paper and you can literally taste the half and half. I also get my drink with an extra shot so when it’s made correctly it is pretty dark. I don’t know why their go to is half and half. When I ask them to remake it they always throw a fit and are super rude about it. This last time we were there the girl handed me a chai (I ordered a coffee) then she takes it from my hands and just hands me a different drink, it’s like drink roulette at the window. I’m sick of spending my hard earned money at this place. The drinks are so good when they make it right, and that is the sucky thing I find myself wanting a Dutch but then I go and I remember why I don’t like it. And this has been happening for MONTHS.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
