I can’t stress enough how upset I am with my recent experiences at this location. I’ve been coming here regularly for over six years, always ordering the same drink—a frozen coffee with a sweet flavor added—without any issues. However, during my most recent visit, the employee at the window immediately told me “no” when I placed my order. Confused, I asked what she meant, and she responded rudely, saying the drink “doesn’t exist.” She sounded visibly annoyed, used inappropriate language, and I could hear her throw the microphone aside before another employee—who also appeared very young—took over.
To make matters worse, they made my drink incorrectly. It my second order was a signature Caramel Craze, which is hard to understand how that could be messed up. A couple of days later, I returned to the same location, only to hear someone say over the intercom, “It’s her again.” I was then met with an exaggerated, almost cartoon-like voice (elmo/mickey mouse) while placing my order. Once again, my drink was made incorrectly, and I didn’t even receive my full order. This visit was on Wednesday 17th,2025 around 5:30 PM.
What upsets me the most is that I was never rude. I simply explained that I had ordered this drink many times before. Instead, I was met with immature behavior and repeated mistakes. I live just a two-minute walk from this location, and it used to be so reliable that I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Unfortunately, since the recent staff turnover, the quality of service has been consistently disappointing.
