    Went this morning ,New Years . Atmosphere I must say was nice ,no traffic ,no people , perfect morning I purchased apple fritters ... Garbage they should of went in .....hard as a rock .... ...shut it down 👎

    Bought a dozen regular donuts and got charged $29 dollars. Called the store to dispute it the very next day and they did absolutely nothing to fix it.

    I ordered a drink as well as used some points to get a 10 piece munchkin doughnut through the mobile app the other day. once I got there my drink was ready, which was nice. Online it said that they only had three different munchkin options so I just chose all three and then when I got there, they only had one. My drink felt pretty light so when I got home, I opened it and there was a lot of the drink that wasn’t in there. I did order no whip, but it seems like there was more missing than just some whipped cream.

    Don't go inside to order. The staff leave you standing at the counter while they all focus on the drive thru. I seriously stood at that counter for 10 minutes before being helped.
