    Very poor service this morning. 3 people behind the counter there's no reason we should have waited 20 min in line before I could even order a single donut. Not one time did anybody even say sorry we'll be with you in just a second. When the girl finally came with a very poor attitude said "what can I get you". No sorry for the wait or anything. No acknowledgement for 20 minutes running around no acknowledgement. I've worked in customer service, i understsnd rushes and being slammrd, this wasn''t acceptable service.

    There’s never been a day I’ve gone where I’ve waited less than 20 minutes for my drink. This last time was the last straw I waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru they forgot my drink and food item and when I drove off I realized they messed up the order that I did get.

    Show they are open in web but doors locked and no one answered in drive thru and I see employees having coffee and laughing. It shows open at 5am and 6am still not open.

    I come to this location every Sunday morning. The staff is always extremely friendly and efficient. The manager does a great job and interacts very well with employees as well as customers. That’s what makes me want to come back.

    Why is it so hard for this location to do a decent hot chocolate? Is it really that expensive or hard? Every single time I get one it is WATER literal WATER! Look at this picture and the difference in color of how it should be and what I got. And I know is not a Dunkin policy because I do not have these issues anywhere else but this location EVERY SINGLE TIME. Whoever manages this place, train people to DO BETTER!
