  Went here with my sister this morning before school and placed a mobile order, when we went through drive thru they skipped my car 3 times and helped cars that arrived after me. When we got to the window he sent me to the second window to wait for my food and they never brought it, they sent 4 cars behind me off with their orders and I never got mine. Overall waited 40 minutes and never got my order so I gave up and drove off and they won’t even give me a refund.

  Was extremely disappointed. I like the location parking is not easy to get in and out. Seemed like a disaster in the am but was understandable for being busy. Sad to say our lattes were only filled half way and the matcha latte just had scoops of powder on the top not mixed at all. The picture shows actual representation. We did not take one drink. Hopefully it’s just new opening jitters.

  Horrible experience, I came in I’m exited I’m gettin g some donut for me and the kids. I order 10 munchkins all glazed. I get the bag fast services everything’s seems good so far. I get into my car take a bite out of a munchkin, absolutely horrible stale I could tell they were old and worse of all they had about a dot of glaze definitely WONT be coming back save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

  I'm super disappointed 😞. I was so happy that they finally made one by where we live because I absolutely love the coffee here. But the first time we came I ordered a vanilla iced latte. I already knew they made it wrong once I seen the color. I told her it's a latte this is a coffee and she apologized and gave me a latte which was not at all sweet. She apologized and said everyone is new and training. I came a 2nd time today and again I ordered a small vanilla iced latte and my husband ordered a medium signature coca mocha and again mine was a coffee instead of a latte and I dont even know what they gave my husband. It was a vanilla coffee with chocolate powder on top. So we said no im sorry none of these are correct. The made them over again and my latte was better but definitely not how dunkin usually makes them. They gave my husband another drink with no chocolate again and my husband said the heck with it im just getting a refund. He got down and told them its still wrong. She made them again and finally I got a vanilla latte how its supposed to be and he got the correct cocoa mocha. Staff is very polite thats why I'm giving more stars but they are definitely making all the drinks wrong

  This is absolutely not the Dunkin’ Donuts I grew up with. My wife and I walked in with high expectations since this is a new location in our beloved South Valley, but the experience was terrible. The service was unprofessional, and the restaurant was visibly dirty. A new business should set a higher standard, but this place failed in both cleanliness and customer service. We left extremely disappointed and will not be returning.
