She can definitely put a damper on your morning, if you go in for coffee. However, all the other employees are super nice and the only reason I give 5 stars. I don’t want the entire store to suffer because of one rude lady, even though she makes for a rough visit if you encounter her rudeness an attitude. There is another employee, Bianca who is the nicest and best customer service. She remembers my drink and makes it perfect. If your drink doesn’t come out right, she will get it perfect every time.
