Management needs to take a long serious look into the general manager of this store when I called to get my order replaced or refunded they did not answer the phone and when I went into the store personally (Monday) she was rude and disrespectful she has a attitude and it was like I don't really care I'm just here for the paycheck. Definitely not what you want to deal with over a pizza. Seems like this place is going downhill

One of the pizzas was a thin crust pepperoni pizza for my son who has Asperger's. He is an extremely picky eater and this is the only kind of pizza he will eat. He was refusing to eat all day until I finally agreed to get him his Domino's pizza so he wouldn't go to bed hungry. I made the drive to this location to pick up my order and bring it back so my son could finally eat. Upon opening the lid on the pizza my son just started crying because it was burned very badly all around the edges. I removed 2 pieces and tried to talk him into eating it by trying it myself but I couldn't eat it because it was burned so badly! 😡Needless to say he would not eat the pizza. I then tried to call the store to see if I could go back and get a different one but no one will answer the phone! This is beyond frustrating! Now I'm faced with trying to find something else for him to eat at this late hour. This isn't a good way to have returning customers! I'll not return to this location!!

But her rudeness was so passive aggressive you would want to defend yourself. She must have been having a bad day. Idk but we have never had any issues there. Good thing we arent the kind of people who would argue. With other people she may not be so lucky. She needs to leave simply because its hurting the company. Pizza wasn't cut. Literally got a half cut pie! No exaggeration. Good thing we have a pizza cutter. Pie overall was good, delicious!
