  Hello. Last night I ordered a people's choice Pizza with your Dominoes App to be delivered. I ordered from the Dominoes in Albuquerque, NM. STORE #6524 and was staying at the Days Inn nearby. When I received my pizza that I pre-paid for, I opened the box to find a pepperoni pizza! I asked the driver if he brought the wrong pizza, and he said no. The order said Peoples Choice special minus everything except the pepperoni?!?!?! I said if that was what I wanted, I would have just ordered a pepperoni! When I called the store, they said they thought it was strange as well, but just made it to order and delivered it as such. I asked if you thought it was strange, why wouldn't you ca me back to verify!?!? I was a bit upset, at which point they said since I already have the pizza, I can just reorder the one I want?!?! I asked why would I do that?!?! And at which time they hung the phone up on me. AT NO TIME DID THEY TRY TO MAKE GOOD ON THE ORDER OR OFFER ANY KIND OF HELP. I don't know if it was an issue with the ap or the store misread my order, but in any case they could of put out a little effort to get my order right. The staff was very rude to include the manager of the shift, and will think twice about ordering Dominoes again...

  Giving 2 stars for delivery driver. He was rude for no reason. When my order was wrong I told him about it and his reply was "well I dont know man I didn't take your order call the store I dont know what to tell you" in a very rude manner. Almost like he hates his job. I called the store back and the manager was very nice on the other hand and helped me to get my order correct.

  We ordered for delivery to our hotel room. The pizza delivery guy was fast and kind. The food was piping hot!

  Ordered delivery and received my sandwich like this. When I called the ask if there was something we could do or if I could receive a sandwich with meat. The phone was passed to the boy who made the sandwich and was told by him “I put meat in the sandwich what’s the problem” I informed them I’ve never received one in this manner and was told I’d get a credit end of phone call. Dominos this store needs to do better.
