  The least of my problems was waiting an additional 15 min after the tracker said my order was completed. The bigger problem was. No hairnets or gloves in the kitchen. Is this now the norm?

  My order was canceled 3 times before i went in person, during business hours, staff looked high out of their mind and kept getting my order wrong

  I have lived here for several years and order from them regularly. They are prompt, polite, and the food has been spot in every time. They have not sent any incorrect orders. What can I say have been great and we appreciate it.

  Order taker ddnt ask for cash or card, had to take cash out from ATM, and driver stop at motel 3 times, only change he had in cash was $10, and I had to pay almost $60 for late order with no napkins, no marinara sauce and most of all, pizza was cold!

  We all love pizza right, especially pizza as fresh as can be. Melted cheese, warm soft crust, fresh toppings, great aroma right? I would like to say this dominos excelled at this seemingly easy process. But I can't! Why you may ask. Well let's see my wife ordered our pizza online at 6:31 pm. We kept track of the baking process many times through the email portal. After the process was stuck in the prepping phase and then the baking phase we decided to call. We were told that they are short staffed an that our pizza is next in line to go out the door. (Lie) I'm sure the real time tracking that we see is based off average times to make a pizza, but then why would the real time tracking be stuck in certain phases? We waited another 30 minutes and nothing, real time tracking is still stuck at baking WTH right!!! We called back got a different person this time. We were told short staffed an that our pizza has already left an is with the driver but it is out. Shortly after our email portal real time tracking updated. We tracked the driver, you know the little car icon, the driver went to a business park where the businesses are closed. Most closed at 4pm or 5pm maybe just 1 is open 24hrs around that area but he wasn't near that place. Made a U-turn somewhere an came to our house. Okay I'm done with the stages of this mess. We waiting 1 hr an 31 minutes for 2 large pizzas. The reason I'm disgruntled is because it's takes about 2 to 3 minutes to prep the pizza an put it together, 6 to maybe 10 minutes to cook depending on the oven conveyor newer ones take less time. Easy peasey right!! NOOOOOOO ! THE KICKER IS I LIVE 4 MINUTES FROM THE DAMN STORE. YEAH I COULDA DROVE THERE AN WAITED FOR THEM TO MAKE MY PIZZA OVER. BUT ITS A PIZZA PLACE SPECIALIZING IN DELIVERY OF FOOD GOODS SINCE the 1960's. CALL ME LAZY ALL YOU WANT!!! ITS LITERALLY 1 RIGHT TURN OUT OF THE SHOPPING CENTER AN 2 LEFT TURNS AFTER THAT 4 DAMN MINUTES FROM HOUSE TO STORE. A TIME OF 1hr 31 min. FOR A PIZZA STORE 4 MINUTES AWAY IS BEYOND HELP CORPORATE FIRE EVERYONE AN START OVER. MAKE THE ONLINE WEBSITE SAY YOU ARE SHORT STAFFED AN THAT IT BE BETTER IF CUSTOMERS COME IN AN PICK UP THERE PIZZA!!! THAT WAY EVERYONE GETS A WARM PIE AN GOES HOME HAPPY. I GAVE 2 STARS CAUSE YOU CAN DO WORSE THAN THIS AN THE REVIEWS SHOW IT. IF YOU CANT TRAIN THEM RIGHT OR DONT HAVE DRIVERS OR CANT FIND A COMPETENT MANAGER CLOSE THE DOORS ALREADY
