We were at Main Event recently and a ton of the games were not working, and it was such a bummer. So, we really appreciate that there was a maintenance person walking around and keeping all the machines up and running here. Will be back for sure!

The games were fun, great atmosphere will definitely be going back I’ll be trying the food next time. 10/10 Recommend!!!!

Where’s customer service I have had (Emily) we purchased a game card for the unlimited play didn’t know it was only for certain games at that point we went up to the front to get a exchange. They notified us that they unfortunately exchange, which is understandable. I asked if they can do a courtesy game card, so my son can play other games. They said nope they can’t do that. Just bad customer service and makes Dave & Buster’s look bad.
