When we finally asked what the hold up was, we were told there were “only two servers” and that it was fight night — yet there were plenty of empty tables sitting unused. What made it worse was the complete lack of concern from both the host and the servers. No apology, no updates, no effort to fix the situation. It genuinely felt like no one cared whether we were there or not. If you’re short-staffed and can’t seat people, be honest and manage expectations instead of letting customers waste their time. We left frustrated and disappointed and won’t be returning.
