    I had to clean a table so we could eat inside. Floor was trashed. The place should be reported to the health department.

    Nothing but a bunch of rude immature kids working tonight, food and counter looked nasty while also out of key ingredients. Manager was out on "break". The employees were laughing the whole time and making fun of customers. Not only did the family in front of us walk out midway through their order but we did too. Hands down the worst experience I've had at a Chipotle in years!

    Ok, maybe they had a bad day here at this Chipotle. The food tasted good... but the guy in front of me tried to pay with cash and they told him it had to be exact, they didn't have change for a $20. I got the last fork for one person in my party... I asked to restock, she came back and said they were completely out of forks, I asked if a spoon was OK (did I have a choice?). The person filling the "forks" left the register and the line was backing up to check out. (This was 2pm on a Monday). Also, I know some of the new trend is the "Un finished look", but the inside ceiling look to "unfinished", raw plywood is no attractive.

    Surprisingly, based on other reviews, our online food order was correct. The food was pretty good too. But the cashier seemed absolutely bothered that someone was asking to pick up their food order, then having to give me a drink cup on top of that warranted an eye roll. Both agua fresca and both lemonade were completely empty. I got the absolute last singular ice cube in the soda machine too which seems like a silly thing to complain about but compile all of this onto a single visit is pretty ridiculous. Let's top off the messy drink station with no lids and when I asked boy did the body language seem like it was the end of the world. This screams poor management. Good thing I don't frequent chipotle and each time my wife and I choose to go, we're reminded why we don't frequent.

    Very bad service I ordered rice bowl with chicken and they gave me another bowl with the beef on it. I knew they were giving me the wrong ball and I told the the server and she insisted that she’s giving me the right one . It’s very religious for some people not to eat beef and they have to be very careful about it and also the serving staff are very rude. We were eating and the server came and started clearing the floor. I would never recommend anyone to visit this chipotle
