  This is the worst Chipotle in ABQ. They run out of food. Are stingy with all the toppings and give you attitude if you ask for a little more lettuce. We have tried them a few times thinking it was the time of day or it was the workers, but no. It’s bad every time we go. I actually enjoy Chipotle, but I refuse to go to this one again.

  Definition of confused. They are not well-trained at the menu nor the register. They’re confused when ordering and adding items to bills that were not ordered. First several times it’s okay, but it’s worse now. One of them gets really anger when she doesn’t get it, gets passive-aggressive and throws the packaged food onto the counter. All the asian kids working there are exemplary.

  Went tonight with my boyfriend about an hour and a half before close, figured it wasn’t too late. The dude lied about being out of shredded cheese, the girl he’s working with brings a pan of shredded cheese up to the front after he told us they were out. We’re like… awkward… oh well. Then while getting drinks we hear them laughing about it. Not sure if they thought we left already or just didn’t gaf. I get it, they hire teenagers at this location since LC is nearby, but their attitude sucks and they’re not really that good at their jobs.

  Not one to leave reviews, bad ones at that but the experience was HORRIBLE! Workers incredibly rude and highly unprofessional, out of key ingredients and tried to serve scraps of what was left. Very unappealing environment and extremely unappetizing food. My burrito was pretty much dripping water by the time it was time for it to be wrapped. I’d be lying to say we didn’t walk out on this meal. If your craving Chipotle please save yourself the trip and go to a different location

  My girlfriend and I decided to stop by, since we used to work here and we wanted some Chipotle. Upon entering, the tables had rice, napkins, and trash on them. Two employees were on their break just chatting, but the trash was right in front of them? As we got to the line, we noticed it was completely filthy. Plastic burrito wraps everywhere, rice everywhere, beans everywhere, it was just a mess. When they rechanged the brown rice, they reused the same dirty spoon and didn’t change that. The lady taking our order dropped beans into our rice, but didn’t care. Also, the grill was filthy and they were preclosing and had no guacamole, no more white rice, and the leftover cart was already preloaded and it was BARELY 9:00 PM. The workers were all negative and not a good experience whatsoever.
