  This afternoon our experience here at this location was by far the worst ever. Horrible customer service from Jeanpierre, when cashing us out her attitude was rudely disgusting, when I asked for guacamole and queso dips she had the nerve to suck her teeth and prepared our dips sloppy! She didn't even wear gloves to prepare our dips, and yelled 'Anything Else?!' Even her coworker looked up at us as I replied nicely! Upper management needs to address her and her attitude because what we experience DISGUSTING- Order #228 02/20/2026 2:01pm

  "I have visited countless Chipotle locations, but this experience was unfortunately well below the brand’s standard. The food quality was poor; the meat and rice were both significantly dried out, the ingredients didn't taste fresh, and the burrito tortilla was brittle. The facility and service also had major issues. The serving line was messy, and I witnessed cross-contamination as staff tried to clean while serving. Although the store was scheduled to be open for two more hours, the staff had already begun stacking chairs and effectively closing off the dining area. When we asked to eat in, the employee was visibly unhappy and claimed they usually close the seating area hours early. To make matters worse, while cleaning a nearby table, the staff member sprayed cleaning chemicals directly toward our food bag. While this is a busy college area, the unpleasant service and lack of cleanliness were disappointing."

  This location has definitely stepped up their game! Jackie made my whole Sunday with her awesome attitude and delicious bowl she made me(: super yummy!

  Chipotle delivers consistently good food with fresh ingredients and solid flavors, and that is why it still earns four stars from me. The quality of the food is generally reliable, and when everything is made right, it is a satisfying meal. That said, the value has started to slip. Prices have gone up, while portion sizes feel noticeably smaller than they used to be. The food is still tasty, but it is harder to justify the cost when the bowl or burrito does not feel as filling as expected. Overall, Chipotle remains a good option if you are craving bold flavors and fresh ingredients, but more generous portions would go a long way toward matching the higher price point.
