The short Hispanic girl with long black hair was just unnecessarily rude, like dude, she forgot the chips for the customer in front of me, and seemed annoyed when she had to grab the chips. Then she literally threw them in her bag, didn’t even try to put it all the way in, just hanging out of it. Then when I was getting my food checked out, she also forgot my chips, then also seemed annoyed when she had to get mine. Like literally what. Idk her name but she had to use the spoon to get the chips so if that narrows down anything. 7:30 PM 2/19/26

Order delivery the food was super dry and had very few toppings on it. I tried to call the location and The automation hung up on me multiple times then I contacted customer service and they would not help me at all. I’m very disappointed with this location and service. I just wanted a remake for the very unsatisfactory food since I spent so much

I’ve ordered online from this Chipotle three times now and every single order has been wrong. This is not a restaurant with complicated custom orders. The ingredients are already prepared, so getting a basic order correct should not be difficult.
Most recently, I ordered a steak entree and when I got home I realized they made it with chicken instead. Luckily I don’t have an allergy, but I do not like their chicken, so my husband drove all the way back to fix the issue, only to be told they were out of steak and were not making any more for the night. This was still about an hour before closing. On top of that, the staff was rude to him when he tried to resolve the problem.
What makes this even more frustrating is that steak costs more than chicken, so I paid extra and still did not receive what I ordered, and no one seemed to care at all. It honestly felt like they were trying to get away with charging for steak while giving me something cheaper instead.
It is extremely disappointing that a store advertises being open until 10 pm but apparently stops preparing food around 9 pm. I wasted gas driving there and back, and the order still was not corrected. They also could have easily called to say they were out of steak or told my husband at pickup instead of just making the order with whatever they felt like using.
I work in customer service as a manager myself, and this level of service is unacceptable. I would not accept this from my team, and I would never allow my team to treat customers this way. Management here seriously needs to look into how online orders and customer issues are being handled.
Very disappointing experience overall.

This location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Chipotle in the 15 years I’ve been a fan of the restaurant. I’d rather drive the extra 10-15 minutes it takes to get to a different Chipotle than step foot in this one again, which is in my neighborhood…sad. It’s basically guaranteed that the lower managers will treat you as if you absolutely don’t matter as a paying customer.

Came in yesterday for a bowl, it was great. Costumer service was terrible and very robotic like they hate their jobs, I recommend that they quit it seems very unhealthy for them. Cashier Claire very rude and disrespectful
