I've given them a few chances now because I like chipotle but not only are the staff immature and the customer service is at a minimum, the quality of the food has gone down. Not only was my order not ready (online) there was 2 people in the whole dining area and workers were just standing around. Missing items from order, and it was not worth what I paid for. Giving this particular location zero stars.

We ended up getting that but we never thought to check our food once we got back home i open my bowl just to see its missing salsa guac and lettuce which is so annoying because the place is almost closing so we dont have enough time to go back. This is the second time they do this. How are we getting charged for it but dont receive it. Employees need to do better.
