For the third consecutive time, my mobile order was completely wrong, with me receiving someone else’s order, which directly points to a total breakdown in basic competence. When I returned to the restaurant, the employees couldn’t have cared less: they were very dismissive and clearly uninterested in fixing the problem. The remake was slapped together with zero care— cold, sloppy, and downright unpleasant to eat. There was no apology, no ownership, and no sign that anyone here values their job or the customers they serve. This location is plagued by laziness, poor management, and a complete lack of standards. Consistently terrible service, consistently bad food, and absolutely no accountability. I won’t be coming back until this location gets it together, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location unless they enjoy wasted money and frustration.
