My husband was on the phone with me said he had an online order for Victoria she looked at the bag gave it to him and closed the window no word was said in that interaction from beginning or end. Have some respect. Get her some therapy help too.

When we got there a man who looked like he’s been going through a hard time, held the door for us and then entered behind us. Immediately the staff was pointing to the door telling him to leave. He tried to explain to them that he had money and wanted to purchase something to eat. What really bothered me was the woman rudely asked him “How much do you have?” Insinuating that he could not afford it. I don’t care how much money he had, he was a paying customer and a human being. I understand that there may be some issues in the area, but kindness goes a long way. We ended up purchasing his meal because they were willing to take our money.

That said, the customer service is where things fall apart. Staff often seem rushed, disengaged, or uninterested, and there’s little effort to be friendly or helpful. During my trip there on 1/31/2026, no words were spoken by the employee. We ordered our food online, went through the drive-thru, picked it up, and left. Bottom line: good food, consistently lacking service. If you’re here just for the meal, you’ll probably leave satisfied—but don’t expect much beyond that.
