  This was hands down the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. We walked in and the place was dead. The hostess asked if we were picking up an order. When we said no, she told us to “find a spot on that side” and walked away. No greeting, no server — nothing. We sat there with zero employees on the floor. Eventually someone dropped menus and took drink orders. We ordered the ultimate appetizer, then waited 30 minutes while dirty tables sat untouched and not a single employee was visible. No check-ins. No apology. When the appetizer finally arrived, it was cold and undercooked. Fried pickles and pretzels should be impossible to mess up — yet here we are. After that? No staff again. Twenty more minutes pass before our food arrives. My husband takes one bite and it’s RAW. Completely undercooked. That was it — we were done. We showed the manager the food. He offered to remake it, but we just wanted to leave. He said, “I’ll take care of it,” and walked away. Then we sat there another five minutes waiting for a check that never came. I finally had to hunt him down just to ask what we owed so we could leave. He said nothing. My husband still left $5 out of principle. Total lack of service. Unsafe food. Zero accountability. We will never return.

  We went there on 30 December 2025 at 9 PM at night. They had karaoke going so we asked if we could please sit the farthest away from the karaoke as possible because it was super loud.. It was louder than it needed to be. So the waitress sits us right behind, just one table away from the karaoke singer. I look across the room at all the empty tables and I say can we please sit over there? She goes to get a manager and an assistant manager and all three of them stand there looking at us talking for about 15 minutes Amongst themselves. I mean, I don’t know what kind of customer service they think they’re doing, but it was absolutely none.. They couldn’t decide whether we could sit at an empty table or not, then finally the manager comes over and says we are downsizing for the night because when we close we’d like to have everybody seated together For easy cleanup . So I took them 15 minutes to come up with that stupid statement to us. Then they still stared at us and I said well I would really like to sit farther away from karaoke cause it’s super loud and we’re just came in here to get some wings and enjoy an evening. Again, they just stared at us so I said never mind. We’ll go somewhere else Andandbwe ended up going to BJ’s. Had a great meal and great customer service.

  We didn't wanna try this place because of all the bad reviews I read but being from West Texas were used to bad service so we went and tried it last night I don't know what people are complaining about the food was good and so was the service our bartender Mackenna was very helpful and very sweet. Will definitely be back.

  The girl who took my order received me with a really horrible attitude and was really rude, when she gave me my change she threw the money in my hand I do not recommend this location it has been multiple times I have had bad experiences at this location but never left a review till today.
