    Not worth the money for the food you get, the fries were so dry and hard we couldn’t even eat them. Just gross. $40 to waste. Wingstop is always better.

    The customer service was terrible. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. We waited by the entrance for nearly 10 minutes without acknowledgment, and instead of being greeted, someone shouted across the restaurant that it was open seating. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking. Very disappointing experience.

    If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve given this restaurant MANY MANY chances over 4 years hoping for it to be even remotely decent food and not one.single.time. Have I EVER gotten good food from this location. I know that BWW can be good as the location where I am from is wonderful. This location should close or possibly just be a bar? Because the food is absolute trash. My tomatoes don’t even have a hint of red to them, the chicken was so hard I couldn’t even cut it and sauce… what’s that? When I was a server I would have been absolutely mortified to serve this to a customer. 10000000000000000000% will never give this place a chance again. Whoever the GM is should be ashamed

I ordered and paid for Classic Bone-In Wings and instead received a cold order of Boneless Wings. ​Ordered: Classic Bone-In Wings ​Received: Cold Boneless Wings ​This level of error—receiving the wrong item entirely and having it be cold—demonstrates a serious breakdown in kitchen execution and quality control. This mistake confirms my prior hesitation about ordering here, and I will not be returning as a customer. Disappointing.
