  It was my first time at this location and was impressed with the fast service received by my server Jay, food came out SUPER fast and was attentive the whole time. Will definitely be back!

  I wish I had taken time to read other reviews before deciding to spend money on a birthday meal here. It was my son's birthday and he wanted to try Buffalo Wild Wings even though we'd never been before. 4 of us had the pick 6 for $19.99x2. We each ordered 10 wings and fries. The boneless wings were alright but some were missing sauce. Not entirely the restaurant's fault, but my son ended up not eating because the wings were hotter than he thought and the sauce had gotten all over his fries too. The fries were actually really good but were served up as fry fragments and a smaller portion than a fast food small fry. There were 2 servers waiting on over 30 tables and so our server seemed like she's probably great at her job and was working hard, but just unable to keep up. We sat 30 minutes before we could pay and leave. Before going in we wondered if we would be ordering at a counter and there would be self-serve soda fountains or if it would be a full-service restaurant. It's definitely a fast food place disguised as a full-service restaurant and it's a bummer we didn't just go to Dion's...but we now we know.

  Had the worst dining out experience we've had in a very long time.. My husband's food came out with old fries that were stale burger that was cooked fresh but sat out waiting to long, boneless wings were cold and also tasted old, My buffalo chicken salad came with three cold tenders and the buffalo sauce just squeezed on top not even fully sauced and the salad well old lettuce no blue cheese, no croutons, no dressing had to use my one our kids ranch and the final straw was our appetizer coming out after food and it was like warm also. Service was absolutely horrible and tables sat dirty the entire time and were only being cleaned once actual manager came in and bathrooms were basically so disgusting my man chose to wait for home to use the restroom... Never again...

  Food: 2/10 Service: 10/10 Jayson was great. More establishments need people like him. His service truly made our experience a memorable one. Thank you Jayson, for going above and beyond and making my friend feel special on her birthday and even more so, thank you for involving everyone that night in singing her Happy Birthday. Lol.. a night she won't forget! ✨️

  Would be 0 stars if I could. Disgusting service. Disgusting customer service. ----------------------------------- Spent 30 minutes waiting to be sat. (That's fine) Spent 30 minutes sitting there after being sat. No one ever came up to us. Half way through of just sitting there, I went to find someone to tell. I told the to-go lady and she said "we're busy"... I noticed the people who got sat AFTER us got served right away (by different waiter... because it was a different section). A waitress (blonde) I assumed was supposed to be our server (hence her serving the table literally right next to us in the row) just kept walking past us... It seemed like she was doing it on purpose. As soon as it hit an hour, we left. Went somewhere else where we were seated AND served immediately. Am very upset with this visit. What I experienced does not match the excellent service Buffalo Wild Wings has always advertised. Sat/Stood in the physical restaurant for a full hour without any actual conversation, or actually being served is honestly pretty outrageous. AGAIN : Would be 0 stars if I could. Disgusting service. Disgusting customer service.
