This is the worst location to come to . Service is always bad food takes almost an hr just to get to the table . On top of that it’s been cold the past 3 times I’ve came here . I think I’m officially done coming here . I use to love it here not anymore .0/10

It is a sad day when there are veterans who should be celebrated today but are being ignored. I was one of the several veterans who were seated around the dining room who did not get service. Many of us are wearing ball caps T-shirts and items that identify us as veterans. The servers where in the dining room walking around talking to particular tables for 10 minutes at a time or talking to each other in the service station ignoring us veterans. This is the day that veterans should be and should feel celebrated. Some of us don’t have the financial means to be able to afford restaurants or on occasion food because we’re on limited income due to disability other or other life circumstances so yes for some veterans is a “trick-or-treating” day and for others this is a day to feel normal. I feel utterly disrespected and sad that I was treated the way that I was treated.

I attempted to place a pickup order 15 minutes before arriving at Buffalo Wild Wings, but decided to order in person when I was only 5 minutes away. Upon arrival, I found the staff standing around talking. Another couple and I waited for 10 minutes before anyone assisted us. The restaurant was not busy, with only 5-6 tables occupied, making the delays unacceptable. The service was poor. I even called while sitting in front of the front desk and nobody answered the phone.

It took 30 minutes to get our food and it was cold. My meal was suppose to come with 4 dips and they didn’t bring them. All the food was cold but 2 entrees out of 9 meals. The cheesy steak sandwich picture on the menu is deceiving, when it came out, it was a lot smaller. It wasn’t busy at all till after we were leaving, the server was trying his best but unfortunately the food service was horrible. Very disappointed.
