I walk in for an espresso, its an Italian joint after all, and their machine is down. What kind of place doesn't fix their machine.

Food was excellent, and the server was very attentive. I had the wedding soup and I highly recommend. I also ordered the steak and mashed potatoes and it was cooked perfectly.

Food was fine, as expected, however I discovered on my bank statement that the server altered my bill and gave themselves a 30% tip on top of the cash I left. This is theft. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Last night wife an I were just beat from a long day of running errands and chasing down parts for a project. Our last stop was at Total Wine and we both were in the mood for some Italian.
As 5x visitors to Tuscany we have a palate for really really good Tuscany style Italian. That said, wife wanted to try Bravo since it was close and didn’t look too busy.
We were sat immediately and our server was prompt in getting us water and looked after.
Menu is middle America Italianish. Im mean the fettuchini alfredo has chicken. No self respecting Italian restaurant adds chicken. Wife enjoyed it though.
I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. Sauce was much too liquid and the meatballs were crusty and dried out on one side. Not a good presentation on a first visit, but im not expecting much from a Chef Boy Ardee style restaurant where canned food is the norm.
And Italian wines? One!!! A cheap chianti over priced.
The saving grace was the server. She was very helpful and made the evening go smoothly.

James was our server, he ruined our meal. He has no business being a server but since he is, he is the kind of server that belongs at a IHOP at best. We arrived around 3:30 pm on a Thursday, it was not busy, he only had 2 tables. After we were seated he did not bring us water. He brought us bread and a small plate with a dash of oil for dipping. There were 3 of us, so I asked him for more, he brought it after our meal arrived. My Dad ordered Coffee, he told my Dad “wait, a pot is brewing” after 10 minutes my Dad asked again, James acted like he didn’t hear him, so when he passed by again I asked him, for water. Our meal was almost over before he brought us water. He was not attentive and acted like he hated his job. I’ve been scouting for a nice place to host our office Christmas lunch. Bravo is off the list.
