I was in town for work and chose Bravo because it was one of the few restaurants open on Christmas. After confirming their hours online and even calling to make sure they were open, I arrived and waited about 12 minutes in the lobby. The restaurant was clearly open and fairly busy. When a waiter finally approached, I told him I needed a table for two. He abruptly replied, loudly, “We’re not seating anyone, we ran out of food!” When I asked for clarification, he repeated the same statement and then dismissed me to answer what sounded like a takeout call. I’ve dined at this location several times with my supervisor and coworkers and have never had an issue with the service or food until this visit. At no point was there any signage or communication indicating they were no longer accepting guests, nor did anyone offer an explanation for the situation.

We made dinner reservations for Christmas Day upon arrival the “manager” comes out after us standing there with no host for 30 minutes and says they are running about an hour behind and running out of food. His excuse was that he did too much in togos. A real manager would have shut off Togos and his delivery services hours prior and took care of the people that had reservations. We drove from an hour away, never got to eat. Never found another place to eat since it was CHRISTMAS DAY and it ruined our Christmas!!! The managers lack of ability to manage a restaurant and nothing was offered to us but a sorry excuse. I managed restaurants for years of my life and there is no excuse other than poor management for this. They ran out of food because their manager made the poor choice to continue to serve Togo and delivery services while ruining Christmas for people that had reservations for weeks. We were a party of 6 and there were several others standing around us that had their Christmas ruined because of poor management.

I went to Bravo! Italian Kitchen for Christmas lunch. The servers were wonderful. The food was very good. But I have to say: the management set everyone up to have an awful experience. We made reservations in advance. The place we packed when we arrived and we had to wait over half an hour to be seated. We waited almost 40 minutes before a server came to our table. And we had to wait almost an hour for our food to arrive (cold, mostly). I do NOT blame the wait staff for this. The few servers there were practically in tears, shaking from overwhelm, working to keep everyone happy. The management did a huge disservice to everyone by over-packing the place with customers. Along with reserved seating, they allowed walk-ins and also kept the carry-out window open on Christmas - all while operating with a fraction of the staff they'd normally have. The staff there seemed on the verge of collapse and literal tears trying to keep up. The customers were left feeling terrible waiting for seats, then their food. THANK YOU to the wait staff and kitchen staff for trying to keep up with everything. Shame on the management for such poor planning - our reservation at at 1:30 pm, we got seated after 2pm and literally didn't eat until after 3:30pm. This was the management's fault - over-packing the place on a holiday and forcing their staff to run circles to keep everything afloat.

I can't remember the last time I left a review for a restaurant, but I had to after my experience from last night. I had taken my Mom there for her birthday, fully aware that we were going to be dining on Christmas evening, but the experience was absolutely horrendous. We had a 4:30 reservation, and we're seated promptly, so when our waitress arrived to get our drink orders, we immediately ordered our food anticipating that there could be quite a bit of a wait. I ordered a fettuccine alfredo, and my Mom ordered the lasagna. After 40 minutes, we were told that they were out of lasagna, so my Mom changed her order to the fettuccine alfredo. After 20 more minutes, the food finally came out, and not only were the portions extremely small, they didn't even look the same. One had garnish, and the other didn't. One of them had more of a soupy sauce, and the pasta was undercooked. Our waitress was delightful, and extremely apologetic throughout the process, so this was by no means on her. I really don't know how an establishment like this is still operating. I also figured that it was probably just because it was on Christmas, but looking at reviews predating this, it's much of the same feedback. Never again!

I hate to leave negative reviews, but WOW what a mess of an experience that deserves one star. We are in town for the holidays & knew ahead of time we needed a place to have dinner on Christmas. I found this spot & called ahead a week in advanced to make a reservation. Our reservation was for 5pm & the resturant said it was open until 9pm. Upon arrival the resturant was busy which is understandable due to it being a holiday however the experience went down hill very fast. Food wise it took well over an hour to get our food. They had customers food sitting under the heat lamp for almost an hour, we saw a piece of what looked like fish barely under the lamp and it Sat there for 45 mins before being served to the person. When we finally received our food almost all of our dishes were cold. Some of the dishes they were serving to people in the resturant and to go orders weren't even where they were being kept warm, they were literally sitting on the desk/counter. The steaks two people in our party ordered were not cooked properly, one wasn't cooked enough and the other was overcooked. The chicken in one of our dishes also wasn't 100% cooked all the way. Seeing as how almost nothing was open to being with and how late it had gotten, we just dealt with it. There were a ton of upset customers and not just us. They were telling TONS of people they were running out of almost everything and even when we left there were a lot of guests waiting to be seated & the manager was telling them he couldnt guarantee they were going to get food at all, there was still two hours until they were supposed to close. Part of why we felt like the service was so bad and they ran out of so many things was also because they were filling online to go orders and it seemed like they were concentrating on those orders first before the guests already seated. I felt bad for the servers working as everything seemed to be very poorly managed. Huge disappointment as we were looking forward to eating here, but sadly we all just left upset.
