- AAAlexDec 21, 20251.0My daughters cake for her birthday was supposed to be a chocolate ice cream cake and chocolate cake. we did not receive that. we were given instead vanilla ice cream and vanilla cake. of course, we were upset because not only was the cake not what we ordered and was 45 dollars but when I rang up the store they did not answer and at some point quickly kept declining my calls. My daughter is highly allergic to vanilla and this was going to be (as far as we know) the last of her few years alive as she is highly sick. She was very upset and disappointed as she should've been and in the end, she never got the cake she ordered. I am very unhappy with this restaurant's customer service nowadays.

The young man with long blonde hair leans in the ice cream case while scooping the ice cream out. He needs to be wearing a hair net. It's very disappointing for our 1st time here.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
