When someone finally acknowledged us, we were given dripping slop on top of a stale cone. Would rather light a $10 on fire and watch it burn to have a better time than coming here.

Both workers tonight were very unfriendly, the lady behind the counter did not say anything to us to even acknowledge that we were there. I ordered and while I was waiting the man behind the counter was sighing because more customers were walking in and also said a curse word. The website says that it closes at 10 and we showed up at 8:50. The guy worker decided to lock up while we were inside and when I was trying to leave I struggled to figure out how to unlock the door to get out because the workers were unfriendly and did not help. When I was inside waiting I started watching the male worker I noticed that he was touching the ice cream cones without gloves. The milkshake that we waited for was also extremely watery. Our receipt says that the guy who waited on us was named Russell.

Don’t waste your time here.

I keep trying to give this location a chance but the only thing consistent about this location is that it never fails to disappoint. 1. The staff is always rude. 2. They are ALWAYS out of something, it never fails- seriously it’s like the only thing guaranteed about this store. It doesn’t matter day of the week or time of day they will be out of popular flavors. It’s literally easier for them to tell you what flavors they do have then to tell you what they don’t have. I’m pretty sure the location has never carried 31 flavors since the day they opened lol. 3.multiple times they have gave lol me a sundae and tried to convince me that chocolate syrup was hot fudge. Just tell me you are out of hot fudge, don’t try to pass off another option and think people won’t notice. When called out they said “oh well it will take 1 hour for the hot fudge to warm up”. My option is to take your business to a different BR location that has an owner that actually cares because clearly the one who owns this one does not.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
