I ordered and while I was waiting the man behind the counter was sighing because more customers were walking in and also said a curse word. The website says that it closes at 10 and we showed up at 8:50. The guy worker decided to lock up while we were inside and when I was trying to leave I struggled to figure out how to unlock the door to get out because the workers were unfriendly and did not help. When I was inside waiting I started watching the male worker I noticed that he was touching the ice cream cones without gloves. The milkshake that we waited for was also extremely watery. Our receipt says that the guy who waited on us was named Russell.
