Today they were out of Rocky Road so I ordered Mint Chocolate Chip which was out as well. I ended up with Chocolate Chip which hardly had any chocolate in it!!!!! I have tried for a few years now to keep giving this location a try since the drive thru is convenient with 3 young kids. I am sad to say that I will NOT be back to this location. Waste of money!!!

We drove for 15 min to this location and they let some employees or friends in and then locked the doors! I then walked into the employee entrance on the front of the location and asked them why they locked the doors? The lady there said the store is closed and the drive through is only open, we are short staffed. I stood there and counted 11 people there in the store! Not including the people that they let in to sit in there and eat ice cream! After reading the reviews from this place I’m glad we did not get any food from this place! The fact that a corporation allows this to go on and has not addressed it is just shameful! Two restaurants in one and both are run like some frat house party! Avoid this place at all cost !

Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
