  I'm completely disgusted. As I ordered in the drive through the cashier is obviously talking with their mouth full. I waited behind the car at the window for about 20 minutes and I can see inside the window. I clearly see the cashier put food into their mouth and lick their fingers but not before they picked and rubbed their nose. Then they grabbed a bunch of sauce packets and put them in the order in frint of me. I get to the window and they are standing there stuffing their face with an Arby's sandwich with sauce all over their face. Im sure this person was handling food after whiping their face and licking their fingers. I drove off. Im so disgusted. I rarely eat out, this is why.

  This is one of the top worst fast food places in all of Albuquerque and probably among all Arby’s. They continue using a rancid fryer that makes everything taste like poison.

  I placed my order at the drive thru and I had a code for a free item but he didn't take my code when I completed the order so I drove around and waited at the window, after about 10 minutes of just sitting there, I beeped my horn and the man finally came and the first thing he said was "I'm too busy." WOW, I told him he could of just came to the window and told me something, I was just sitting there and when I asked about the code, he said I got it. This is the customer service arbys teaches their employees. He was rude. I'll never go there again.
