Drive thru person kept speaking over me as I was trying to order, and gave me incorrect sandwich as a result. Worse, was given expired Mac n Cheese (by 2 days). Tried to call store but got busy signal. Tried to go online to report the expired product, and kept receiving "error URL". Going to avoid this location going forward.

Ordered two Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon sandwiches to go; not only were they not cut in half, the bacon was also missing from one of them. Seriously! C'mon!!
Given the issues we encountered, this will be our only visit. I hope our feedback helps with future improvements.

Had to ask three different times for the right thing. Each time was met with more impatience due to them not doing their job correctly… it’s like, I get minimum wage pay too and I still do my job right. Remembering sauce with every order shouldn’t be a problem! Now because they were having a bad day mine gets ruined cause my order still wasn’t right after the third freakin time!

Travelling home to colorado. Stopped in to eat but the four folks behind the counter refused to come and take our order. It's 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't busy. We tried for 3 minutes to get any of them to take order. They didn't, so we went across the parking lot to Wendys, who immediately took our order
