Most of the employees act like they don't want to be there or help anyone and they purposely close hours before they are supposed consistently. Its 5pm on a Tuesday and they have all of the lights off while someone works to cover everything up. I guess everyone better get their meats/cheeses during their lunch break from work or something?

The phone rang for over a minute. I hung up and called back three separate times. The person who answered immediately picked up the phone and hung up rather than take the call. I tried again the following morning trying to give the benefit of the doubt that perhaps they were busy. Someone answered the phone, but when I asked if anyone could check and see if perhaps my lost card had been turned in, the woman I spoke with asked for my name and immediately answered that they didn’t have it. I wasn’t even afforded the decency of her pretending like she looked for it. I of course realize that it is possible that my card is not there or that someone picked it up and didn’t turn it in, but given that my neighborhood store couldn’t be bothered to do the neighborly thing and check, that is disappointing. The customer service desk needs to do better.
