Amelia promised to fix and problem that they made, but when I returned she couldn't keep her end of the deal. What an inconvenience and headache its been to deal with these ppl. I stopped by today excited to finally get to try 7 Brew and I unfortunately had by far the worst customer service experience that I have ever had!! So I decided not to even order and just drove off and didn’t even get the opportunity to try the coffee. I will never go back to this location but as a business owner I felt I had to write a review so the owner would know what is going on with their business.

I ordered a Brewchat Chai, and they gave me a coffee instead. This has happened multiple times, which is incredibly frustrating. I cannot have caffeine due to a medical condition, so this mistake is not just annoying, it’s concerning. Please turn the music down so your employees can hear orders correctly. I’ve decided I will no longer be coming here.
