They could be a bit more trained with drinks and things like rewards but I'm not going to take that away with them because they seem genuine and try to give good customer service.

I had ordered 4 drinks and 2 of them did not have what I requested on them and 1 of the other drinks did not even taste like the flavor you are advertising. It literary tasted like milk and coffee. I had to add some flavor when I got home just so it was tolerable to drink. The 4th drink was just okay. Also I felt the service could have been a little bit better. The order taker was fine but when it came to getting my drinks I felt rushed to grab them and the straws. You would think to ask 4 drinks do you need a drink carrier but no that wasnt an option. They seemed to be more interested in having their conversation than providing exceptional customer service. Overall all i ask is do better.

The one who was taking my order was rude there was staff inside the building but only 1 person taking orders. I started to order and after I ordered she told me one drink. I have a friend who works at a different 7brew and they stated that’s bs as well!
