  Been coming here for a long and ive never had an issue before until today. I always order my coffee the same way and it always taste delicious. The manager came out and was so rude. If you dont like your job then look for a different one.

  My wife and I bought three gift cards at $20 a piece just before Christmas at this Wyoming location for my 3 daughters.. so we spent $60. Two of my daughters are grown, and do not live at home with us. My middle daughter (21) went to the West side location to use her Christmas present, and was treated as if she stole something, they confiscated the gift card so she was kind of embarrassed because they made her feel like she was doing something wrong.. She called us, got proof it was bought and dealt with an angry father on the phone, and To make amends The manager over there simply gave her a few $4 drink cards.. My oldest daughter (24) tried hers as well and lo and behold empty, never even activated.. So I go down to the Wyoming location. I let the manager on duty know what's going on, she was very kind and courteous and told me it would be taken care of. She took my cell number and said that the main manager was going to text me to get pictures of the gift cards so he could manually load them himself, and my middle daughter would get a different one since they trashed hers.. My youngest daughter who is the main reason we got these dang things, cuz she loves 7 brew, has been asking me almost everyday, is it fixed yet? And of course no, so we have to simply buy like normal while pretending we didn't just spend 60 dollars already.. That was almost 2 weeks ago now. Haven't received a phone call, a text, an email. Nothing... when we go by to get my youngest her drinks, there's never a manager available... So not only were my daughters made to look like they did something wrong when trying to use a gift, they took $60 from me and I got nothing to show for it but never activated gift cards, empty promises and someone saying they would fix the situation....

  I just want to give a shout out to the crew working on 1/5/26!!! It was my birthday and I am a very loyal customer and I got my birthday drink and I was being silly and asked if they could all sing me happy birthday and they did! It made the best end to my birthday!!! The employees at this location are the best! Always smiling and so kind!

  To echo other recent reviews, the energy of the staff recently has been off putting. I wish I could just order 7Brew through DoorDash at this point so I could have just the product without the tension. It could be just the east side location, but the staff are bothered with serving, well, anyone it seems. I’ve had three occasions where I had an experience where I wanted so badly to just leave but unfortunately was already stuck in the drive thru. I moved to New Mexico in June. Today, I was scolded for not getting in the “shorter lane” despite coming from the eastbound side of the road, where I had to make a tight turn to get in the drive thru & would’ve hit the curb had I not gone in the left. I went in the lane that had two cars in it versus the one on the right that only had one & it was such a big problem for them that they had to make it known. I love the drinks & the swag drops but I cannot justify how unwelcoming the staff are. They will mention if you don’t pull up quickly enough, or ask to confirm that a drink was made without an allergen, & honestly I’m scared to correct them when they get the order wrong so I just suck it up & go home disappointed. Definitely a change in the past two months.

  I have been a loyal daily customer to this location. Who spends between $15-25 a day to support my daily energy boost. I have noticed that from my initial visit to now, there has been a drastic change. At the beginning I enjoyed the great customer service. The friendliness of everyone and an awesome atmosphere along with daily delicious drinks. Now I am lucky to have a smile with the people taking my order, and not to mention the attitude that comes with that why are you bothering me attitude. On top of that the drinks have been very inconsistent. I am lucky to get the same taste from the same drink 2x in a row. For example I order a bubble gum energy with extra flavor and it tastes great one day. The next day it taste like bubble gum flavored Nutella. Same drink the next day like a watered down chewed up pice of bubble gum with no flavor left. I've recently been told that the original crew's hours have been cut to make room for new employees to be trained at this location. This is proving to be a huge mistake on your part. I really wanted to leave a 5 star review however, with my most recent rude attitude from my brewista I can not leave such a high star review. Please bring back your awesome original crew and train new people some place else.
