He seemed annoyed, and inconvenienced when I was ordering. As well as one bagel was cooked perfect and the avocado toast burnt. I understand that people have bad days, don’t take it out of your customers

- CCChristinaMar 8, 20262.003/07/26 In the morning. My very first experience in an Einstein Bros. Bagels was at this location. I went in with my 5 children. The manager was nice to my first daughter that made a purchase because he didn't know she was with me. After that he was in a rush to get the rest of my children and I out the door. He was mean, unprofessional and rude. He wanted us out of there because I was in pajama pants. (It was a Saturday morning and my kids wanted to go so bad with their gift cards.) He was mad because it was taking us a little longer to order and pay. When his daughter arrived he became even more impatient because we were making her late. He kept saying over and over "that's my daughter." So she would get better service than we were getting. It was a horrible first experience. The rest of the staff was courteous and patient. The manager made us never want to return. The staff that made the food was amazing and it was delicious. Manager needs training in customer service. That was unacceptable. We spent over $60 there. Never, again.
