  It took a few minutes to be acknowledged. However once I was greeted the one and only employee who did acknowledge me was super friendly and made my order quickly and accurately.

  Fast, courteous, professional and a welcoming environment. Did not discriminate me for my attire. The food was delicious. The staff was amazing. I waited less than 10 minutes. Would highly recommend.

  Horrible customer service. Placed an order for a simple bakers dozen box the night before to be ready for pick up at 7am. Arrived at 730 to frazzled and disheveled employees who didn’t acknowledge any customer existence for about 10 minutes. When they finally did decide to acknowledge me, they stated “it’s gonna be a while, we’re busy!” And I said I just have a pick up order and they rudely asked for the name, and then said “oh, I haven’t even started on that” and then just walked away. I then sat and waited for my order for another 30 minutes just for it to be incorrect. I didn’t receive the 4 jalapeño cheddar bagels that I paid extra for. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this location. The lack of customer service and the amount of attitude from the employees is insane. I tried to call but of course, no answer. Will never return
