  We stopped here on our road trip and this was the fastest Dutch we’ve ever been to! We got a cold brew, Americano, and banana bread. Everything was great. Thanks for being a quick stop on our trip!

  I’ve only ever had bad experiences at this location. I can order a drink at any other location and the drinks will come out perfect, The handful of times that I have settled for this location for the Reasoning of convenience I have always been extremely disappointed. The first time that I came over here, I ordered a drink that I was reading off of my phone. While ordering this custom drink, the worker interrupted me and said that it was something it was completely not. I’m not a coffee expert. I don’t drink coffee all the time but the very few times I do indulge in a coffee I am very specific about what I want. I had ordered this drink at other locations several times and got exactly what I asked for. At this location I was given a strawberry Horchata nothing like what I asked for and when I brought it to their attention, they continue to tell me that what I was ordering was what I got. I then continue to explain to them until they fixed the drink only then did I actually get what I ordered, but the hassle and the uncomfortable atmosphere of having to explain that what I ordered was incorrect, and that the person who took the order was unable to actually listen to what the customer wants and was very frustrating. My experience today almost made me want to ask for a refund. I only didn’t because I ordered a drink for a friend as well. I asked for a drink with strawberry Soft top upon receiving my friends drink her soft top was a thick 2 inch layer of soft top. My soft top didn’t even cover the circumference of the top of the drink cup, and when I brought it to the workers attention, she said that it was covered by the cinnamon sprinkles. I took the lid off and brushed off the cinnamon sprinkles, and of course, there was no soft top. to me what it looked like was they reused whatever was left over from my friends drink added the strawberry soft top syrup and said that it would do I got down and showed both of the drinks and the difference in the soft tops and I said can you please just add more so it is the same as the other drink I just want a fair portion of the soft top. They already charge you for it additionally, so why couldn’t I just get what I had already paid extra for? The supervisor behind the window out of my view is telling the worker that he needs to charge me for additional soft top and he tries to explain to me that the soft top is there and it’s just covered by the cinnamon sprinkles again there is no soft top I got so frustrated and I just left. I won’t be returning back to this location. I try to to be a fair person. I have worked in food service myself and I’m a business owner as well with my husband and anytime we have gotten a complaint from a customer we make things right? We don’t just brush the customer off and then try to charge them additionally to correct our mistake. To me that was ridiculous and a inappropriate action of corporate greed, the supervisor and the workers get paid all the same if they charge me for the soft top or not. anyways, I hope the $1 of soft top she “saved” the company goes into the supervisor’s Christmas bonus since she worked so hard to have a distasteful transaction with a customer that would’ve returned had the issue been resolved. Please refer to the photos below to compare the soft top. My issue is not receiving the add on that I paid additionally for.

  TJ was really cool tonight! They were all very energetic, and talkative in a very cool and relaxed way. We had trouble with our card, but TJ was kind and patient through the ordeal. But again, the entire team was great, thanks again!

  Ordered the golden eagle. When I tell you it's the best I've ever had it really was!! Lily was awesome, very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. The person at the window was too!! We were traveling and needed some caffeine juice to start the drive. I'll be coming more often to this location when traveling!! Thank you all!!
