  Idk what it is about this place but it takes absolutely FOEVER. Sat in line for 20 mins and there was literally 2 cars in front of me.

  This Dunkin has the worst customer service and food. We went there this morning for Easter with the fam and ZERO communication. We paid for our order, sat down and they didn't even tell us when our order was ready. They put it on the delivery/to go shelf and didn't let us know so it sat there until we got up to check for it. And they did that to Two more customers. Very poor service. If you pull an order, just yell it out rather than having the customers sit there not knowing. It seems like the young girls working there didn't care about the customers orders at all.... very very sad. Juan tabo is the best so far! The coffee had ZERO flavor Besides burnt. Step it up, guys. Come on!

  Maybe it would help if they actually had their doors open during store hours and not locked shut so everyone has to go through the drive through. Pretty annoying, especially with multiple people working inside. Not to mention the staff is very unpleasant and seems like you’re bothering them for showing up and ordering. Waited over 15min for a box of coffee, come on!

  I had a great experience at this Dunkin! The staff were nice and helpful! The donuts were great at this location!! Thank you Other locations donuts are stale or greasy!
